Patients relocated while hospital ward is upgraded 8/6/14

Patients in Clisham Ward in the Stornoway hospital are being temporarily relocated for the next three weeks while upgrading works get underway.

Clisham Ward cares for elderly and deminta patients who will be shifted to other wards including Erisort Ward and a bay in the Day Surgery Unit.

The works are to replace carpets with vinyl floor coverings, redecorate the ward and upgrade lighting and other electrics to take the ward up to an appropriate standard.
