OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an energetic manager for our team of operators who clean domestic and commercial properties on the Isle of Lewis.
Reporting to the company director Karin, you will be responsible for the productivity of our teams striving to achieve/exceed our customer and company quality standards.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Resource planning -
producing rotas, ensuring adherence, controlling any changes. - Briefing of the cleaning jobs planned.
- Ensuring required cleaning material is available.
- Time keeping and producing time sheets.
- Quality checks to ensure we comply with our customer and company’s standards.
- Recruitment, training and on the job coaching.
- Propose improvements and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Attributes:
- Customer centric thinking and acting.
- Team player.
- Can do attitude.
