Office break-in charge

A Stornoway man accused of breaking into an office building and stealing a quantity of controlled drugs is to stand trial in January.

The 26-year-old denied the charge when he appeared at Stornoway Sheriff Court this week.

He also pleaded not guilty to an allegation of possessing cannabis.
