Office Administrator

O’Mac Construction Ltd requires an efficient and organised administrator to support with the preparation and administration of tender documents. You will have proven experience from working in a similar role, displaying excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards to produce quality documentation while working towards multiple deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a similar role working within the construction and/or civil engineering industry.

Typical activities and requirements:

- Taking and dealing with clients telephone enquiries
- Assisting with the preparation of bid submissions, pre-qualifications and other associated contract documentation. 
- Typing letters, forms and other correspondence as directed.
- Monitoring and ordering supplies.
- Producing reports and statistical information as and when required.
- Organising operative training and produce training plans
- General filing, copying, printing, mail distribution and other office support duties.
- Adhoc administration duties as required.

- Ability to work on your own initiative

- Aware of health and safety issues and legislation

- Take responsibility to ensure databases are continually updated 

You will have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be confident adapting to company our company accountancy system.

Hours negotiable between 32-42 per week

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience
