The Scottish Salmon Company (SSC) has helped provide a shelter for ticket sellers at the Back Football Club.
The ticket booth will give volunteers who man the gates during matches cover from the wind and rain.
Back Football and Recreation Club on Lewis was nominated by Iain Macdonald, the salmon company’s head of planning.
Funding came from SSC’s community fund. The firm encourages staff to be champions in their area by nominating local groups, charities and organisations that support health and wellbeing for a grant of up to £250.
Craig Anderson, chief executive of SSC, said: “Their volunteers do outstanding work, so we are happy to provide them with funding to purchase a new ticket booth to shelter them from the unpredictable Lewis weather.”
