New minister licensed 2/9/14
Well over a 100 people attended a service to license a new minister for the Free Church Continuing.
Former island postman Calum Smith gave up his mail round to study for the ministry four years ago.
The 48-
Moderator of Presbytery, Rev Kenneth Macdonald, Scalpay, led the service.
Mr Smith is now eligible for a call to a vacant congregation.
