A fundraising 5K run takes place this weekend in aid of the Royal National Mòd which returns to the Western Isles in October next year.
The event at 12pm through the Lews Castle Grounds, Stornoway is open to all.
Participants can walk, jog or run the route at their leisure.
The run starts and finishes on the Castle Green. First male and female runners across the finish line wins a prize, and all participants will be presented with a medal.
Entry is £10 for adults and £2 for secondary school pupils.
Primary pupils can participate for free although they must be accompanied by an adult.
Entry forms are available from the An Comunn Gàidhealach office in Perceval Square, in Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais.
