Concerns are growing for a missing German man who is likely to be in the Western Isles.

 

Torsten Raimund Kulke suddenly vanished from his home in Germany.

 

His family are worried for his welfare.

 

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Police in Western Isles are making an urgent appeal for information in order to trace 48 year old Torsten Raimund Kulke, who is missing from his home in Germany and concerns have been raised for his wellbeing.

 

“Information suggests that he may have travelled to the Western Isles on Friday 28th July 2017 and may be in either the Isle of Lewis, Harris, Uist or Skye.

 

“He is described as being 6 ft 3 inches, with a medium build and light brown hair.

 

“Those with any information can contact officers at Stornoway Police station on 101, quoting incident number NH/2952/17.

 

“Alternatively, information can be anonymously given to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
