A large scale search was launched for a missing person in Lewis.
Coastguard teams from Stornoway, South Lochs, Ness and Bragar along with Hebrides Mountain Rescue volunteers mobilised to conduct a land and coastal search around Tiumpan Head lighthouse.
Stornoway lifeboat also launched to the scene early on Friday morning.
The coastguard helicopter swept the area and found the person. They were injured and were taken to safety.
