A large scale search was activated for a missing person in Scalpay late on Saturday night.
Concerns grew for their welfare and coastguard rescue teams from Tarbert, Scalpay, Stornoway and South Lochs along with police were despatched to the area.
However, the missing person was located safe and well before the searchers arrived on the scene.
