A new online tool has been launched with the aim of helping oil workers threatened with redundancy during the industry’s downturn find employment.
The website, www.matchpeopleskills.com, enhances the existing redundancy support being offered to the sector through the Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) initiative.

The simple online platform will help companies seeking to outplace their people during quieter times by matching skills with opportunities on a shared, temporary or permanent basis.
