Cothrom Ltd is a successful and ambitious Social Enterprise based in Ormiclate, South Uist in the Outer Hebrides. The main work of the organisation is adult training and learning but in addition we also run Cothrom ReStore, a furniture and textile recycling enterprise and Cothrom Òg, a full time Gàidhlig medium nursery provision.
Cothrom is seeking a new Manager to guide the organisation forward into the next phase of its development. The post holder will be responsible for leading the organisation in all three operational areas and overseeing finance, communications, compliance and staffing.
The successful applicant will have experience of sourcing resources and working collaboratively with staff in order to provide a range of services to the community. Experience of a third sector environment would be an advantage.
This post will work closely with a Board of Directors and key staff in the three main areas of Training, Recycling and Nursery.
