The Volunteer Centre Western Isles
invites applications for a Manager post
from motivated, enthusiastic individuals
with good leadership, management, IT and communication skills.
The post will involve managing the work programme and staff of the Volunteer Centre Western Isles, directly delivering some activities as required and working in partnership with key local agencies and statutory bodies to ensure the value and impact of volunteering is measured and recognised in local and national policy development.
Key areas of work include:
- Lead and direct the delivery of the VCWI work.
- H.R. management.
- Financial monitoring and planning.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the work of the VCWI.
- Attendance at strategic meetings and forums.
