Man fined for contacting woman 12/3/14
A Lewis man was found not guilty after trial of assaulting a woman during an incident on Cromwell Street, Stornoway, last September.
James Macrae, whose address was given as 6 Goathill Road, Stornoway, was cleared of the charge at Stornoway Sheriff Court today.
However, at the same court, the 34-
Macrae accepted he contacted the woman around 1am on 13 October in North Beach Street,
Stornoway.
