Maintenance Engineer
Marybank, Stornoway
(Salary dependent on experience and qualifications)
This varied role involves being a part of the Maintenance Team working on immediate and planned maintenance and repair of plant and machinery to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
Applicants must have a hands-
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
- An aptitude for problem solving
- Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition
- Ability to work with minimal supervision to resolve maintenance and repair issues
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of and complete commitment to promoting Health & Safety at work
- Ability to prioritise work and respond efficiently to requests
This support role will aim to make a positive contribution to the continued success
of the business by helping to reduce downtime and delays in processing due to mechanical
issues and will also provide back-
