Luskentyre has come on amongst the top in a list of Europe’s best beaches.
The stretching white sands in Harris ranks above beaches in holiday locations including
Sardinia, the Turkish Aegean coast and Brittany.
It takes the number one spot for Scottish beaches and is also is named the second
best-rated across the UK in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice awards for beaches.
Luskentyre - which boasts miles of sand and stunning green-blue water and beautiful
scenery, looking out to the island of Taransay - is 16th across European seaside
