Lochs are Lewis Cup champions    27/8/20

 

 

 

 

 

Lochs lifted the Moldova Lewis Cup tonight after a tense final at Goathill Park.  The score was 3-2 after extra time.

 

The Lochies played a poor first half with Athletic quickly getting two goals under their belt.

 

But the maroons rallied back making it a draw by full time.

 

They grabbed a crucial lead in extra time and - despite some valiant threats, particularly a close shot - with just  three minutes to go -  from Murdo Mojo Maclean -  fended off their rivals.
