Due to the risk of ice and snow and freezing temperatures all evening, bus services to and from Stornoway after 7pm tonight (Tues) are cancelled.
All other earlier bus services are expected to operate but may be subject to disruption or cancellation at short notice.
Passengers are advised to contact bus operators directly using the contact phone numbers within the current public bus timetables.
The comhairle advises people to travel only if necessary.
