To get involved all people have to do is dip their toes in the sea, in a rock pool, a paddling pool, a water slide or even a bath; take a snap; text TLFD16 to 70070 to donate £5 to The Leanne Fund and post a picture to Facebook, nominating three friends to follow suit.

The organisation recently secured lottery funding to expand services across the Highlands and Islands and Grampian.
It includes proposals to support those affected by cystic fibrosis with fitness plans and equipment; counselling; complementary therapies and the administration of small grants and crisis funds.
