The Islands Study Conference is taking place in Harris later this month.

The inter-denominational Bible seminar begins on Friday 21 April, continuing through to the Sunday evening.

Along with the opportunity to hear invited speakers delivering lectures on specific topics, there is also a time set aside to hear about mission work.

The weekend also provides an opportunity for attendees to enjoy fellowship together.

Whilst it is offered as a residential event, day visitors are welcomed and encouraged to attend at any point.

Rev James Maciver of Stornoway Free Church will speak about ‘Signs of the Times.’

The ‘Maternal’ aspects of the Godhead’  is the topic being examined by Rev Hector Morrison from the Highland Theological College.

A new feature is having conference hosts - this year will be Rev Calum Iain and Dina Macleod of Back Free Church.

They will also speak at the Mission Focus about their recent short-term mission trip to Uganda and the ongoing work there.
