Ian Murdo Macmillan received a 12 month community payback order when sentenced for breaking a court curfew.
At Stornoway Sheriff Court, Sheriff David Sutherland ordered Macmillan of Springfield Road, Stornoway, to also undertake 150 hours of unpaid community service work.
Macmillan admitted he was not at home when police checked up on him on three occasions, in violation of bail conditions.
