An islander accused of intent to rape has appeared in court.
Kevin Booth made no plea or declaration to the charge at a brief appearance in private at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
He was fully committed, with a date for his next court appearance yet to be determined.
He was charged following an alleged incident on Saturday.
Booth had his case continued for further examination and was released on bail.
