Inquiry to be held into woman’s tragic death 24/2/14
A fatal accident inquiry is to be held into the death of an island woman who died
following a tragic car accident during a storm two years ago.
Speech therapist Lorna Macdonald, 26, of Stornoway, died after her vehicle plunged
into a freshwater loch in severe and wet weather near Horsacleit, South Harris in
November 2011.
The two-day hearing is scheduled to begin on April 7 at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
