Injured woman airlifted to hospital 16/3/13
A woman who fell by cliffs on Lewis was airlifted to the Stornoway hospital.
The 67-year-old suffered back injuries at Borve on the west side of the island.
Coastguard shore rescue volunteers carried the woman on a stretcher to a safe landing
site for the helicopter at lunchtime yesterday.
The woman was flown to the Western Isles Hospital.
