Indecency charges 5/7/14

A Lewis man has appeared in court over alleged indecency charges.

Norman Macdonald of 5-6 Cross Skigersta Road, Ness, is also accused of causing a breach of the peace.

The alleged incidents are said to have occurred in the 1970s and 80s.

The 75-year-old made no plea during a brief appearance in private at Stornoway Sheriff Court on Friday.

The case was continued for further inquiries.
