A number of hustings are being organised for the local council elections. The events will allow voters to quiz people standing as comhairle candidates in their ward.
Harris and South Lochs ward:
Hustings in Ravenspoint cafe on Thursday 27 April. Starts at 7.30pm
Scalpay Community Centre, 7.30pm on Friday 28 April
Leverburgh Hall on Tuesday 2 May, 7.30pm
Tarbert Community Centre -
Uig and North Lochs ward:
27th April at Carloway Community Centre. Starts at 8.30pm.
Point ward:
Tiumpanhead Community Centre has been reserved for an event on Thursday evening but no publicity has appeared.
