Working within a busy HR team, focussing primarily on training administration, recruitment and payroll database management, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your HR and administrative experience, with other varied duties including absence management, staff forums, staff retention and employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within HR and training departments. Excellent administrative, organisational, IT and communication skills are key to this role. A current driving licence is essential as there will be travel throughout the Western Isles and North West Scotland. We have other roles available throughout the Western Isles within our freshwater and marine sites and our processing plant in Stornoway.
