One person has been taken to hospital following a house fire in Harris.
The casualty removed from the building on Main Street, Tarbert, is suffering from severe smoke inhalation.
The interior of the house was badly damaged in the blaze.
The fire service said fire crews from Tarbert, Scalpay and Leverburgh donned breathing sets and used water jets to tackle the fire after the alarm was raised at 12.18pm today.
