Patients surveyed about hospital treatment 30/1/14
A random selection of Western Isles patients who received care in hospital last year
are being asked about individual experiences of services to help target improvements,
through the Scottish Inpatient Experience Survey.
The survey focus on some people who had an overnight stay in hospital between April
and September 2013.
NHS Western Isles Chief Executive Gordon Jamieson said: “Feedback from patients is
extremely valuable as it supports us to drive forward service improvement.”
The results of the survey will be published in August.
