HHP invites tenants to have their say 3/9/10
Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) is urging their tenants to have their say on how services are delivered now and in the future. Questionnaires will be arriving through the letterboxes of all 2,200 tenants of HHP from the end of this week.
Prizes of £50 will be awarded to the first questionnaire returned.from Lewis, Harris, Uist and Barra.
HHP chairman, George Lonie, said: !”We want to involve tenants in shaping our services and our highest priority is to work with tenants to ensure their voice is heard and acted on.
“We are listening to what tenants tell us about the services we deliver, how they want to be given information and how they would like to influence decisions. I urge tenants to return their questionnaires and have their voices heard”
HHP chief executive Angus Lamont said: “HHP wishes to gather information from tenants on how we currently deliver services and whether we are doing the right things for our tenants. We are committed to placing tenants at the centre of all that we do.”
The information tenants provide will be private and confidential and only used by HHP to plan and enhance services to tenants now and in the future.
