Harvest Operatives  (Arnish Point)

…to join our team of passionate aquaculture professionals.

 

Exciting opportunities are available in the New Year to join our teams at Marybank processing facility and Arnish harvest station.

 

Harvest Operative, based at Arnish, to assist in the efficient supply of fish to our Marybank Plant each morning. This role includes a substantial element of manual handling and to succeed in it you will have to be hardworking and flexible in your attitude.

As well as having a sound understanding of the importance of food hygiene and animal welfare, you’ll be a good timekeeper and able to make a positive contribution to the team.

Hours vary to meet harvest plan requirements but normal start time is currently 4am, Monday to Friday.

Due to the nature of the business, flexibility is essential and some extended shifts and weekend work may be required to meet production targets for all of these vacancies.

 

In addition to an hourly rate of £8.32, Unsocial Hours Payment of £15.30 per night is payable for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.
