New girlguiding units are opening in Harris giving girls aged 5-
Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. It gives girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities.
Harris girls can now join the adventure, take on challenges and complete badges, make friends with other Girl Guides around the world, go on trips and holidays, and be an active part of international campaigns that affect girls and young women today.
Meetings could be held as often as required and at times and places to suit. Transport assistance is also a possibility.
