Opposed to gay marriage 6/8/12
Sirs,
Regarding ongoing press reports about 'gay marriages' let us clear the air clear
about these silly mergers. No, Churches won't be forced to conduct these unions
but be assured also that many more people in Scotland will reject them entirely
and oppose them vehemently, even if legislation is passed. Beware and bewarned.
The majority of Scottish MSP’s may very well be supportive of same-
No wonder they are indecisive, as more than 2 to 1 of people in Scotland, the nation
that the Government are supposed to represent, are totally opposed to this bizarre
union. In simple English what the people of Scotland are saying is that only proper
marriage between one man and one woman is right and same-
The Government has also come to realize that legalities will overwhelm them, unless they take heed of the warnings to change course now and alter direction. At the moment it is sailing, just like the Titanic, on a rendezvous with disaster.
As a Missionary of the gospel, and Christian evangelist, I wish to place it formally
on record that no law or public opprobrium will prevent me from publicly preaching
against the sins of sodomy and unnatural union and will continue to preach publicly
against it, and every other sin, which the Word of God condemns. Furthermore, I
will never solemnise nor recognise same-
It is certainly not politicians in the Scottish Government, lawyers in court or judges with black robes that have the final decision on the union of marriage, it is God. He has pronounced judgement and His verdict is final. Wise is the man, or woman, who is more concerned about what He thinks than what men say: “We ought to obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5v29)
It is high time Captain Alex Salmond, and all on board his Holyrood ship, began to
