Gales are forecast to affect the Western Isles area over the weekend.
Southerly winds will increase in strength on Sunday.
In addition, there is the risk of snow, especially over high ground. Wintry showers may fall as sleet at low levels.
The Met Office said winds will gust to over 50 mph on coasts and hills.
Wintry conditions and blustery winds are expected to continue into Tuesday.
People should be aware of difficult driving conditions and the risk of disruption to transport, said the Met Office.
