A fishing vessel came close to grounding on rocks after breaking down off Lewis on Wednesday.
The small creel boat had anchored off the coast off Pairc after being unable to manoeuvre.
She started dragging her anchor and was being pulled towards cliffs at Rubha Uisinis.
Stornoway lifeboat went to her aid and towed the casualty into Loch Sealg and to Eishken.
