SENIOR MARINE OPERATIVE (Ref MARNO 010)

We are also recruiting for a Senior Marine Operative for our site at Petersport. Under the direction of the Site Manager, the SMO will lead a small team in all the day to day operations of sites and will assume responsibility for staff, vessels and equipment. Applicants must have proven leadership, fish husbandry and organisational abilities and good numeric and IT skills.
Applicants for both posts must be committed to high standards of health and safety of staff and understand the importance of environmental issues. Hours are 40 per week Monday to Friday with weekend working on a rota basis. We operate a generous company pension scheme and annual leave entitlement is 31 days. Current clean driving licence is essential.
