FINANCE & SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Stornoway Port Authority for a Finance & Support Services Manager. This is a newly created multifunctional role, primarily to manage financial information and to provide strategic insight within the financial area of the business, but also to provide an enhanced support services function within the port.

 

The port authority is going through a period of change, where a number of major expansion opportunities have been identified.

 

The Finance & Business Services manager will take ownership of the port’s finances, providing support to the business to help it make the important decisions during this crucial period in the development of the port.  

 

You will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience of managing a team in a business environment.

 

A competitive salary with excellent benefits will be offered dependent upon experience. This is a senior position within an organisation with high aspirations for the future development of the port and local economy.
