Ferry fault

The Castlebay - Oban ferry has been disrupted due ot a technical fault with the ship.

The MV Isle of Lewis remained in port in Barra until engineers fixed the problem.

The ship departed three and a half hours late which adds a knock-on delay for her timetable.

The sailing from Oban will now leave at 5.15pm to arrival Castlebay at 10pm.
