Ferry disruptions

All sailings on the Oban - Castlebay route are cancelled for the second day running due to a forecast of southerly winds gusting up to 40 knots.

On the South Uist run, the MV Lord of the Isles did not go into Mallaig. The vessel diverted to Oban instead.

Sailings on the Sound of Barra risk being disrupted due to strong winds and a heavy swell.
