The Barra ferry will depart four hours earlier than usual on Saturday in an effort to run ahead of incoming bad weather.
The MV Isle of Lewis will leave Castlebay at 4am. The vessel will depart Oban at 9.30am to arrive in Barra before the worst of forecasted strong southerly winds and rough seas.
