Ferry services for South Uist and Barra are threatened by bad weather as a deep Atlantic low moves across northern Scotland.
The Lochboisdale ferry diverted to Oban as a result of the strong winds. Her return trip is liable to delay or cancellation.
The Castlebay service is also on yellow alert says Cal Mac.
