The Fishermen's Mission has benefited from a recent fundraiser organised by Ali MacLennan of Hal O' The Wynd guest house, Stornoway.
A sum of £411.20 was raised by a challenge to guess the date of the maiden voyage of Cal Mac's new Stornoway ferry, MV Loch Seaforth.
The winner was island bus driver, Farquhar MacAulay, who was awarded a £100 Tesco voucher, jointly donated by Tescos and Hal O' The Wynd.
Mr Macaulay (second left) guessed the correct date of the MV Loch Seaforth's first passenger voyage.
