A suspected drink driver failed to provide a breath specimen to police, Stornoway Sheriff Court has heard.
They wanted a sample to assess if he was driving over the limit in Point, Lewis, on 21 February.
Donald Macleod of Swordale, Lewis, pleaded guilty to the offence.
