The West Harris Trust, a community land owning charity wish to recruit a Facilities Manager to help with the day to day running of trust business.
The trust operates a busy office in the newly built community venue, Talla na Mara.
Facilities Manager
Salary: £20,000 FTE plus 6% employers pension contribution
Working Hours: 18.75hrs per week
Flexibility with regard to working hours but will include evenings and weekends
Duties to include: upkeep and maintenance of trust properties, first responder and meter reader for renewables projects and out of hours contact for motorhome pitches. Driving licence essential.
