The website, which was created by the Multimedia Unit, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar’s Education and Children’s Services Department, is part of their remit to create educational resources for pupils in Gaelic Medium Education.
The unit’s manager, Evelyn Coull MacLeod said: “We are delighted to have received this award, particularly with the high calibre of those who were also nominated.
"In 2016, with a new look to our website, we hope to make even more resources available. It is a pleasure for us to be involved in this work on a daily basis and we hope that it is of great help to teachers, parents and pupils across the country.”
