Found drunk and incapable 29/6/14
An islander was so intoxicated he was unable to take care of himself in Stornoway
town centre.
The local man was arrested for being drunk and incapable.
The 35-year-old was taken to the cells to sleep it off at 2am on Sunday morning.
When sober he was released with a hangover and a fixed penalty fine.
