A motorist has been fined £350 for driving without insurance for his vehicle.
David Mackay of 19 Upper Shader, Barvas, Lewis, was convicted at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
Honorary sheriff Roddie Mackay imposed six penalty points on his licence.
