Driving in pedestrian precinct in Stornoway town centre has cost an islander £60.
David Maclean of 18 Borve, Lewis, was caught parked in the Point Street restricted zone on 11 December.
He was given a £50 fixed penalty but forgot to pay it.
At Stornoway Sheriff Court he was fined £60 for the offence.
