Drink driver

A drink-driver has been disqualified for 12 months following a court appearance.

William Campbell of 57 Balallan, Lewis, was found guilty of the charge at Stornoway Sheriff Court.

He was convicted of driving with 53mcg alcohol level compared to the legal 35mcg maximum at Balallan last June.

The 61-year-old was also fined £350 to be paid in instalments.
