Door banging 5/1/12
A Stornoway resident who created a disturbance at a neighbours house has been remanded in custody until he is sentenced later this month.
At Stornoway Sheriff Court yesterday Neil Mackinnon, 45, of 16 Torquil Terrace, admitted persistently banging on his next door neighbours door on 15th December. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.
Sheriff David Sutherland refused bail and remanded Mackinnon until his next appearance on 18th January.
